What is WhatsApp Coexistence?+

It's Meta's official way to use the WhatsApp Business app and the Cloud API on the same phone number. You keep chatting from your phone, and your automations use the API at the same time.

Do you store my messages?+

No. Messages pass through our servers in memory and go straight to your webhook. Only if your server is down do we hold an event, encrypted, and retry it for up to 24 hours — it is deleted the moment it is delivered. We keep metadata like delivery status and timing, and delete it after 7 days.

Does it work with n8n?+

Yes — n8n comes first for us. Point a Webhook node at us to receive messages, and use an HTTP Request node with your API key to send.

How do I pay?+

Inside Egypt, with Vodafone Cash: send the amount, upload a screenshot of the confirmation, and we activate your plan after confirming it. From anywhere else (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE…), pay with Visa or Mastercard and your bank converts the currency for you.

Do I need a new phone number?+

No. You connect the number you already use on the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or newer).
